Magnolia Estates

Located just south of TV Highway, Magnolia Estates sits within walking distance to both Minter Bridge Elementary and Hillsboro High School. Most of the single family homes in the Magnolia Estate neighborhood were built around 2002. 

Centrally located in Magnolia Estates is Magnolia Park, a great open area to take the kids.It features a community play structure and open spaces to walk the dogs, play some fun games or have a nice picnic!
